It's an all church event. Every ministry area has a booth with a kid activity, and there will be carnival type rides and a rock wall. They're planning for 1500+ people. Whew!
Sounds fun! I'd like to get a little more info from you on how you are using your blog to communicate with your team. I'm more interested in technical side of it. Does your team check it regularly, or do you somehow notify them that there is a new post up?
I ask them to check the blog everyday, but pretty much, I email them when a new post is up.
I'd like to figure out how to automatically generate an email to them whenever I post, but I don't think blogger has that capability. I've got a librarian checking on it, though.
